RETURNS:

If you have unopened packets or hydrate sticks, please email: [email protected] for directions on how to send them back. All credit requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. We cannot accept opened tubs, jars of hydrate, boxes of bars, or any expired products back for credit.

ADDRESS CHANGES:

The customer will be responsible for any extra costs associated with address changes, package intercepts, or deliveries that are not accepted.
