LIVSTEADY is a complex carbohydrate made from non-GMO corn starch through a patented cooking process. The molecule is large and breaks apart slowly, so the carbohydrate arrives over a long stretch rather than all at once.
Plain protein handles the rebuild and does nothing about what the session drained. Pairing it with LIVSTEADY covers the refuel in the same glass, so you are not chasing a second thing twenty minutes later.

Yes. It is made with pea protein and contains no dairy ingredients. It is manufactured in a facility that also processes milk, soy, egg, wheat, peanuts and tree nuts.
Twenty grams a serve, which is two scoops of 50g. The same as Vanilla. Cookies and Cream carries 23g and Cocoa 19g, but both of those are whey.
Chocolate is pea protein and dairy free, and tastes closer to a standard chocolate shake. Cocoa is whey protein and runs darker and less sweet. Chocolate also carries more sodium, 250mg against 140mg.
Yes. It is the only product in the UCAN Australia range that does, and it sits well down the ingredient list. If you would rather avoid it entirely, Vanilla is the other plant based option and contains none.
Yes, erythritol alongside steviol glycosides. If polyols bother your stomach, Vanilla is sweetened with stevia leaf alone.
