The one you can put in anything.
Twenty grams of pea protein, no dairy anywhere in it, and eight ingredients in total. Sweetened with stevia leaf alone, so there are no sugar alcohols. Carries 400mg of sodium a serve, the most in the range, which matters more than people expect after a long summer run. Works in almond milk, in a smoothie, or stirred through porridge.

Vanilla is the vegan protein powder you can mix with anything.
20 grams of pea protein, no dairy anywhere in it, and eight ingredients in total. That is the shortest list of the four, and stevia leaf is the only sweetener, so there are no sugar alcohols to deal with an hour later.
It also carries 400mg of sodium a serve, nearly three times the Cocoa. After a long summer run that is not a footnote, it is most of what you lost. Vanilla is the flexible one: almond milk, a smoothie, stirred through porridge, or straight in water.
Protein on its own rebuilds. It does nothing about what the session drained. This does both.
Pea protein rather than whey. The one to take if milk protein leaves you bloated, or if you do not eat dairy at all.
The shortest list in the range, and stevia leaf is the only sweetener. No erythritol, no sugar alcohols.
The most in the range, nearly three times the Cocoa. Worth knowing after a long run in an Australian summer.
Almond milk, smoothies, porridge, or plain water. Vanilla is the flavour that does not fight what you mix it with.

“UCAN is a game-changer for energy and recovery. I wasn’t worried about rescuing my body from a crash, instead I had consistent energy levels that allowed me to focus on running, not fueling. Being able to have energy without sugar really made a big difference for me, especially later in my career.”
Meb Keflezighi, 4x US Olympian, Boston and NYC Marathon Winner
I have been using the UCAN chocolate protein drink in the morning for years. It is the best!!! It sustains me until lunch and it tastes amazing compared to all the other protein powders on the market!
I love this protein powder! I mix it with chocolate almond milk every day for breakfast, post run, and it keeps me full until lunch. It’s plant-based, rather than whey, so it doesn’t upset my stomach.
Good taste & I use 15min’s after my morning run to help me recover.
Very smooth, not chalky at all. With water or oatmilk both taste great!
Good sustained energy for a long base run!
The perfect “snack” after a long run to refuel you until after you shower.
No chalky aftertaste. Smooth. And actually tasty 🙂
Best testing protein I have ever had. Incredible for a plant based protein powder.
Love this! Great flavor, not chalky, great to add to a breakfast shake.
Have been using the protein drink post run. Great taste and a great recovery tool.
Super smooth protein powder, with long lasting fullness.
I use it as part of my breakfast before long runs.

LIVSTEADY is a complex carbohydrate made from non-GMO corn starch through a patented cooking process. The molecule is large and breaks apart slowly, so the carbohydrate arrives over a long stretch rather than all at once.
Plain protein handles the rebuild and does nothing about what the session drained. Pairing it with LIVSTEADY covers the refuel in the same glass, so you are not chasing a second thing twenty minutes later.
It is the same carbohydrate in our Edge energy gels and Energy Powder. Read more on what LIVSTEADY is.

The shortest list in the range. Protein and LIVSTEADY do the work.
Ingredients
Pea protein, LIVSTEADY non-GMO corn starch, natural flavours, papain, guar gum, xanthan gum, salt, stevia leaf extract.
How to use it
One scoop in 350ml of water or milk. It mixes clean in water, so milk is optional. One pack makes twelve shakes, which works out at about $9.08 each.
The window most runners care about. Protein for the rebuild, LIVSTEADY to put back what the session took, and far easier to get down than solid food when you have just stopped.
Twenty three grams of protein and steady carbohydrate holds through a morning better than toast does. Blend it with a banana if you want it to eat like a meal.
Doubling up in one day, or racing tomorrow. This is the shake that gets you to the second session without arriving empty.

Yes. It is made with pea protein and contains no dairy ingredients. It is manufactured in a facility that also processes milk, soy, egg, wheat, peanuts and tree nuts.
For most people training regularly, yes. Pea protein contains all nine essential amino acids. It sits a little lower in leucine than whey, which some athletes offset by taking slightly more.
Four hundred milligrams a serve, the most in the range. Sodium is what you lose most of in sweat, so on a hot day it works in your favour. If you would rather less, Cocoa carries 140mg.
No. Vanilla is sweetened with stevia leaf extract alone. Cocoa and Chocolate both use erythritol.
Twelve. The pack holds 540g at two scoops of 45g a serve, which works out at about $9.08 a shake.
