LIVSTEADY is a complex carbohydrate made from non-GMO corn starch through a patented cooking process. The molecule is large and breaks apart slowly, so the carbohydrate arrives over a long stretch rather than all at once.
Plain protein handles the rebuild and does nothing about what the session drained. Pairing it with LIVSTEADY covers the refuel in the same glass, so you are not chasing a second thing twenty minutes later.

Yes. It is made with pea protein and contains no dairy ingredients. It is manufactured in a facility that also processes milk, soy, egg, wheat, peanuts and tree nuts.
For most people training regularly, yes. Pea protein contains all nine essential amino acids. It sits a little lower in leucine than whey, which some athletes offset by taking slightly more.
Four hundred milligrams a serve, the most in the range. Sodium is what you lose most of in sweat, so on a hot day it works in your favour. If you would rather less, Cocoa carries 140mg.
No. Vanilla is sweetened with stevia leaf extract alone. Cocoa and Chocolate both use erythritol.
