LIVSTEADY is a complex carbohydrate made from non-GMO corn starch through a patented cooking process. The molecule is large and breaks apart slowly, so the carbohydrate arrives over a long stretch rather than all at once.
Plain protein handles the rebuild and does nothing about what the session drained. Pairing it with LIVSTEADY covers the refuel in the same glass, so you are not chasing a second thing twenty minutes later.

Cocoa is whey protein and runs darker and less sweet. Chocolate is pea protein, dairy free, and tastes closer to a standard chocolate shake. Cocoa also has less sodium, 140mg against 250mg.
No, it is the least sweet of the four. If you want something closer to a dessert, take Cookies and Cream.
Yes, erythritol alongside steviol glycosides. If polyols bother your stomach, Cookies and Cream and Vanilla are both sweetened with stevia alone.
