Step 1- 30 minutes before you start : Take one pouch 30 minutes before your run. LIVSTEADY needs a short window to activate, and that head start is what makes the energy last through the back half of your race.
Step 2 – Every 45 minutes: during Take one pouch every 45 minutes to keep your output steady. Each pouch delivers 75 minutes or more of energy, so you stay ahead of the fade.
Step 3 – For the full marathon: Most runners use 3 to 4 gels across 42km. Dial in your exact routine in training so nothing is a surprise on race day.
