Bright citrus, no added sugar, and ninety minutes of steady fuel.
One scoop into cold water, 30 minutes before you start, gives you 90 minutes of steady LIVSTEADY energy with no added sugar and no caffeine. It mixes clear, drinks light, and carries 170mg of sodium per serve.
Tropical Orange is the only Energy Powder sweetened with monk fruit rather than stevia. If stevia leaves an aftertaste you cannot get past at hour two, this is the one to try first.

Bright citrus, zero sugar, and ninety minutes of steady fuel.
Nothing to plan and nothing to mix it into. Fill the bottle, add a scoop, shake, done. Cold water and a shaker bottle give you the cleanest mix.
LIVSTEADY releases its energy across 90 minutes or more rather than all at once, so your output holds from the opening kilometre into the back half instead of arriving early and leaving early.
Tropical Orange is the only Energy Powder sweetened with monk fruit extract. If stevia leaves an aftertaste you notice at hour two, start here. It also carries 170mg of sodium per serve.
LIVSTEADY is UCAN’s patented slow-release carbohydrate, made from non-GMO corn and hydrothermally cooked without chemicals or enzymes. It is a complex carbohydrate rather than a sugar, and it releases its energy across 90 minutes or more.
For athletes that means steady output through a session and a formula light enough to drink shortly before a hard effort. Elite marathoners including Sara Hall, Meb Keflezighi and Dakotah Popehn train and race on it, as does triathlete Tim O’Donnell.
“UCAN is a game-changer for energy and recovery. I wasn’t worried about rescuing my body from a crash, instead I had consistent energy levels that allowed me to focus on running, not fueling. Being able to have energy without sugar really made a big difference for me, especially later in my career.”
Meb Keflezighi, 4x US Olympian, Boston and NYC Marathon Winner
On a 125 mile Enhanced Gravel adventure in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, UCAN did NOT let me down. Always easy on the stomach and providing me with the energy to push on.
This is perfect to take before early morning runs when I need to take in calories but am not hungry. I also like to use it in ultra races when I get fatigue from eating.
I like to buy the hydrate variety packs and mix one stick with a scoop of this and water and take it before my long runs… No crash, and easier recovery.
No cloying sweet flavor. Easy to mix with protein powder. Sustained ‘no bonk’ energy on endurance rides.
The chocolate is my favorite energy powder. Taste is good, it’s not clumpy and is versatile to mix with different liquids. I even add it to my morning coffee before a run.
Really easy on the stomach, no drop in energy. Highly recommend!
One scoop before a 60 min. cardio workout gives me all the sustained energy I need. I don’t need to eat breakfast before the workout which works well for me.
I mix it with a little water and eat it like a pudding!

No added sugar and no caffeine. The label shows less than 1g of naturally occurring sugars per serve and zero added sugars. The energy comes from LIVSTEADY, a slow release complex carbohydrate, and the sweetness comes from monk fruit extract.
LIVSTEADY is UCAN’s own carbohydrate, made by applying a patented cooking method to a specific strain of non-GMO corn. No chemicals, no enzymes. It is a large molecule complex carbohydrate, which is what lets it clear the stomach quickly and then release its energy slowly.
Fill your bottle halfway with cold water, add the powder, shake until it clears, then top up. Cold water and a shaker bottle beat a spoon in a glass. Some settling happens if the bottle sits, so give it a quick shake before you drink.
Yes. One Hydrate sachet and one scoop in the same bottle. Tropical Orange already carries 170mg of sodium per serve, so adding Hydrate on a hot day tops up the full five electrolyte profile on top of that.
One scoop 30 to 45 minutes before you start. On longer sessions take another every 45 minutes, or preload with two servings before you head out.
