Watermelon Hydrate Electrolyte JarI need sodium. Lots of it. Up to 3,000mg per hour.And I have used plenty of sodium products but none has the concentration that UCAN’s Hydrate has.I don’t think people realize just how much sodium this product has. 300+mg per serving of 3g? These numbers are so good, I can jam tons of it into a bottle, and it never tastes bad.Even better if you can mix it with an unflavored product like UCAN’s energy powder.My only problem is that I have not had a chance to taste the other flavors – the watermelon just tastes too good.

Fuels You for Summer & Tastes Like It Too!My intro to UCAN was the SuperStarch Energy powders. It took awhile before eI decided to try their Hydrate Electrolyte mix and gosh I wish I had added them to an order sooner! UCAN is slowly taking over my pantry as this is now the only electrolyte mix I use. I drink these by themselves and add them to the Plain SuperStarch for my fueling. I rotate between the Strawberry-Kiwi, Berry, and Watermelon flavors
