How to fuel with UCAN Edge
Take one gel 30 minutes before you start. Because LIVSTEADYâ„¢ releases energy slowly, it needs a short window to activate — unlike sugar gels you’d take mid-sprint.
For marathon distance: most runners take 2–3 gels across 42km — one before the start, one around the 60–75 minute mark, and a third near the 2-hour point if needed. Each gel delivers 75+ minutes of steady energy.
