Fuel and hydration in one pouch. Sweet berry taste for long summer runs.
Most runners carry gels for energy and tabs or drinks for hydration. Strawberry Kiwi Edge + Electrolyte does both in a single pouch. Powered by LIVSTEADY and 5 essential electrolytes including 200mg of sodium, it delivers steady, crash-free energy with a fresh strawberry kiwi taste that goes down easy at pace.
No caffeine, no sugar. Just long-lasting fuel plus the electrolytes you lose through sweat. Try it in one sachet before you commit to a full box of 12.

Get the timing right and Edge carries you the whole way. No wall, no crash, no guesswork.
Step 1- 30 minutes before you start : Take one pouch 30 minutes before your run. LIVSTEADY needs a short window to activate, and that head start is what makes the energy last through the back half of your race.
Step 2 – Every 45 minutes: during Take one pouch every 45 minutes to keep your output steady. Each pouch delivers 75 minutes or more of energy, so you stay ahead of the fade.
Step 3 – For the full marathon: Most runners use 3 to 4 gels across 42km. Dial in your exact routine in training so nothing is a surprise on race day.
Step 4 – No water needed: Edge is thin and liquid, not a thick sugar gel. You do not need to chase it with water to get it down. A few sips is plenty, even at pace.

Easy Run
If your runs are less than an hour long, you still want to fuel before but don’t have to worry about bringing anything with you on the run.
Tempo run
Tempo runs are often characterized by a warmup and cooldown sandwiching faster miles in the middle. Having Edge Energy Gels to take with you to consume before your harder miles will be key.
Long run
Long runs are all about the miles and time on your feet. You’ll want to fuel consistently in order to feel strong and steady the whole time.
Fast Finish Long Run
While the majority of your long runs may be at an easy pace, sometimes a training program will call for a faster finish to your long run. You’ll want to make sure you fuel properly in the first few miles to set up a fast finish.
Training in the heat? Pair Edge with UCAN’s sugar free electrolyte drinks to replace what you lose in sweat
Sugar gels give you a quick hit then drop you — the classic wall at 32km. LIVSTEADY™ releases energy gradually over 75+ minutes so your output stays flat from the start line to the finish.
GI distress is one of the most common reasons runners DNF. Edge clears your stomach fast — no bloating, no cramping, no emergency stops. Lighter and more liquid than a normal gel, it goes down easy even at pace.
UCAN is used by world-class distance runners including Sara Hall, Meb Keflezighi and Joe Klecker — athletes who need fuel that performs when it matters and never lets them down.
I’ve used Edge between my warmup and starting my workout, and it has been a great, portable way to quickly get some slow-burning carbohydrate fuel in during training. Edge sits really well in my stomach—I don’t even notice it there besides the extra energy.
