THE T.I.M. (TRIATHLETE IN MOTION) CHAMPION SHAKE
INGREDIENTS
- Two scoops of Plain UCAN
- Two big spoons of natural peanut butter
- 1 frozen banana
- 1⁄2 cup frozen blueberries
- 8-10oz Oat milk
DIRECTIONS
Add all ingredients into a blender, starting with the wet ingredients. Blend until smooth. Pour into glass and enjoy!
